Linux SFF Gaming Card

Hi, this is my first post and I'm pretty new to all this so I hope I give enough information. I've got a Dell Optiplex 760 SFF with onboard graphics. It's running Ubuntu 12.10 and I want to add a graphics card, but am limited because it's SFF (so I need something low profile) and only has a 235W PSU. A PSU upgrade isn't an option unfortunately. The Dell has PCI Express x16 and PCI expansion slots.

Because it's running Linux, from what I've read it seems NVIDIA is the better way to go. I'd like to use the box for gaming (running Steam) as well as movies (XBMC) and am after something with HDMI output to hook up to my TV. I hope that all makes sense.

Can anyone suggest a card which is low power and low profile, with reasonable gaming ability?

GT430 handles a lot of games well and it doesn't use a lot of power.
