Logitech Z-5300e Volume control problem

So the other day I re-arranged my computer desk stuff, and reconnected my speakers etc.. and now my logitech volume control doesn't work properly anymore!!

I get sound and have volume control, but I cant adjust the bass, fade and center on it anymore, when I turn it on, I get 2 lights on the LED display around the knob, and that's it.

I bought these speakers off of my friend after a year of use for next to nothing and have had them for like 5 years now, I love them! I can't find much about this problem.

I've tried unplugging and replugging the serial connected to the sub, leaving the sub unplugged for 2 or so days, etc... everything I can think of.

Anyone have this problem before with these have a clue how to repair it?

thanks!

There is a switch on the subwoofer that goes from 2.1, 4.1 and 5.1. Try messing with that.
