How does one go about creating a logon?
I`d like to create one using a pic of my son.... any suggestions?

You go to control panel>user accounts and hit change an account. Then push change picture and insert your picture with "Browse..."

If want to use a program but you don't like LogonStudio, you can use Logon Loader instead - http://logonloader.danielmilner.com/

LogonStudio is an editor. So you can create your own background.
