I've been satisfied with my G930. The sound quality is reasonable, but the biggest difference for me is the fact that it is wireless, and simply works great that way. It doesn't go into standby every five minutes, and if I charge the battery overnight it usually lasts through a day of consistant use. The buttons on the side are convenient, too.
I find the sound quality more than adequate, although I've seen some reviewers saying there are competitors with better sound quality, and from what I know of Logitech, that may be true. Who cares though, honestly.

omg is wireless ?? GREAT i hate cables! but does wireless headset giving same quality of sound ?
AD700s are pretty awesome all around except for bass. Bass is it's only weak spot and it really fails hard on bass. If you can live without that, it does everything else really well, especially gaming and classical music.

A sound card I would say is a must.

a700 will be better choice you think ? i just don't need too heavy bass thing.
i love mookster's suggestion lol ,there's too many cable on my desk.
omg.. so many choices... if the wired headset quality is far better than wireless, i'll go with wired any others suggestion guys ?
Wired always better than wireless, unless the wired are crappy. Ad700 or a700 are better.

the standard price is around ~US$100
A soundcard will always be beneficial.
What's your total budget?

im ok with the budget , ermm maybe something below 200 for a headphone and 100 for sound card ?( if sound card is a must)

100 dollar headphone compare to a 300 headphone. is that very huge different on the sound quality ?? just asking LOL:D
It can be depending on the brand. For instance, you can buy a nice 100 dollar pair of headphones that would kill some of the extremely over priced headphones (beats). But yeah, typically more expensive headphones means better.

However, a sound card is extremely important as well.

Personally recommend a Xonar DX and then finding headphones that match whatever you're looking for. How much gaming are you going to do compared to music? 20% gaming 80% music? 50/50? 80/20? Some combination?

How important is it for you to game as opposed to enjoying music with nice bass. What is your favorite type of music etc?

I'd recommend the Xonar DX with the DT770-Pro 80 ohm version.

I think that'd be your best bet; however, you really seem to like bassy stuff. At the sacrifice of gaming, you should get the AT M50s instead. A lot of people game with them, but they're really not meant for gaming.

At the same time the DT770s MAY not be as bassy as you'd like; however, the 80 ohm version should be very bassy, so that's my suggestions.
opss is too late:p i clicked on ad700 few hours ago. i will like it i think LOL

1 last question xonar DX enough to use full potential of ad700? and when i installed xonar, i should delete the software of onboard sound and plug the heaphone in xonar which is at the back and shouldn't plug in to the front panel connector correct ?
