Looking for a laptop modem

Not sure if this is the right section but I am in need of a modem for a laptop. Anyone know of a good one that's compatible with windows 7 home premium 64 bit? + rep for anyone that finds a good cheap one. Thank you.

any modem will be compatible, what matter is what connection do u need dsl or cable. does the internet provider you want support the modem as well

No I haven't talked to an ISP. Any modem should work except that my laptop doesn't have an rj11 port so that's why I need a laptop modem.
