I'd get the corair h50 just because it's for sure quiet and you might change your mind one night when you're bored and start overclocking for fun.

The Corsair unit is reported to be a solid cooling solution, but I can not comment from direct experience.

You mentioned, "quiet". A larger tower cooler that accommodates a 120mm fan may be your best bet for lessening sound as the greater surface area and the larger fan will afford lower operating speeds of the fan.
