looking for a solution to open a program in a specific location

Hi

looking for a solution to open a program in the same place and resolution any ideas ?

I thought Windows automatically did this.. I know that Vista does, not sure about Xp

unless, it is a program that will not allow mutiple apllications to be opened. Also, please be more precise on the program you are trying to use.
