I am looking for someone to anodize the center area of this case purple.

Is there anywhere i can send it to have that done? Cost isn't much of an issue.

Look for local companies that do powder coating, you should be able to search for them on your phone. They will usually do anodization and if not they can usually refer you to someone else who does. If all all else fails go to an auto body shop and ask and they will probably know someone. That case will have to be dismantled for that though, which looks like a chore in itself.
