My local retailer has:
EK
Bitspower
Alphacool
XSPC

Flowrate is not that important: they will only be used for draining - I just want to make sure they don't leak.

Does any of the listed models have known problems? If not, I'll just pick based on price/aesthetics.

Thanks!

Same with bitspower ball valve here, no leaks. But I also put a regular G 1/4 cap on mine (along with 90 degree for easy access) and remove it when I need to drain, so couldnt leak anyways.

Given that you put a plug on the end of the valve when not in use....leaks from any of them would be highly unlikely.
