Lots of voltage change during prime 95

Is this normal, my voltage changes a lot. The reason i am wondering is because me and my friend both have the same problem. With any change in our bios to voltages, our computers wont boot properly.

It's normal. If you've left off llc it should go down as your cpu loads. If you have llc on, it will move up instead, but in a smaller amount of fluctuation.

Nothing to worry about.
