getting so low 3d mark score.

i was told that would be a CPU bottlenecking. i need ur help badly plz. here is my score and OC pic.

Nvidia GTX 260, should score approx 11000 on 3dmark Vantage(non combined score), from looking it up in google.

What happens if the graphics card is at stock speed? Try setting the gpu at stock speed and rerunning the test.. 3dMark may not like the overclock... which would suggest an unstable overclock... my two cents
please post your system specs so we can understand more of the situation

In other words, do this:
  1. Click on User CP on the black bar above.
  2. Click Edit System on the left.
  3. Fill it in as best as you can.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Then your specifications will automatically appear in your signature just like it does for everyone else, including for existing posts.

shader clock is to high. bottle necking. or that evga is junk
I agree with earlier post. Set the card at stock speeds and rerun.
IMO....... its due to your card OC, when i OC my card too far the score plummets due to the lac of voltage able to feed the new clocks.

other than returning to stock clocks I would also just check to be sure that BIOS is set to PCI-E rather than PCI on the southbridge. I have seen instances of that occurring even though GPU-Z shows otherwise
Out of experience, the 9600 is by far the worst Phenom when it comes to bottlenecking. I went from an Athlon X2 5000+ to the Phenom 9600 (because it was a budget quad) and my benchmark scores barely went up. However, my 260 was shooting about 6500-8000 on the GPU score with the 9600.

When I went to the Phenom II 940, it a little more than doubled to like 15,000 or something (I'll re-run the bench when I get home).
