Low Voltage 2x2Gb for a Dell XPS 420

Hello
I've been running the q6600 in xps 420 for 3.0 for a while now but recently started having some issues. I've managed to narrow down the problem to two sticks so its either both or one of them that crapped out. I've downclocked these stock dell value ram to 333Mhz through spd tool in order to ramp up the fsb to reach 3.0, while keeping the ram speeds at 414Mhz.

Measly oc on the ram, but one of them still went bad. I've previosly had this set, and they allowed me to reach 3.2 no problem so I'm looking for 2x2 set that can do 450Mhz on stock volts.

So far the following are possible choices

G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

If theres any other 2x2Gb sets that are moderatly priced (don't know if that applies anymore, ddr2 is dirt cheap) and can do 440-450Mhz on stock volts, please let me know.

Thank you all in advance.

How high could you go if using stock volts?

Keep in mind that I would probably change the spd timings to 5 5 5 15 in order to attain highest oc.

Most of the PSC (Powerchip ICs) based 2x2GB kits will hit about 1100 MHz at 2.0v or less (see my sig). The Reapers are the cheapest right now :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227289
I know it says 2.1v, but that is the max and not required for best performance.

Don't have any experience with the above, how high can they go with 2.0V?

Ok, then what about these sticks, are they also PSC based?

Why not get a cheap 1066mhz pair, and just downclock them?

Last question...should I just get these OCZ Reaper 1150s and move g.skill PIs back to xps.

Can these Reapers do 1200Mhz?
