Hi everyone,

I just got a new system (System in sig

). Thanks to everyone for helping me make my decisions.

Anyway, I had everything on stock settings in the BIOS except for the RAM frequency which I increased to 1600MHz and I saw that the voltages of everything seemed to be lower than the recommended ones. For example, I remember Vcore for the CPU stock is 1.3V. However, mine is at 1.19 or so. Will that affect stability or longevity of components. Also I was watching CPU-Z and the core speed jumps from idle at 1605MHz to load at 3.7GHz. I have never seen the stock 3.3GHz... Wahh?

Sorry for the these noob questions :/

Thanks

lol oops yeah 1.19V - edited

Also I made this thread before making that rig profile. Haven't figured out how to get it on :/ Edit lol got it.
And the system idles at such a high clock speed.
Yea the 3.7 is Turbo boost. It's just that I think I'm not used to seeing such a clock speed from any of my previous computers. :O
