Looking for a 32GB kit for a Rampage 4 Extreme with a 3970x with a 50x multiplier. Anyone have reccomendations or experience with any low latency kits? Frequency isn't a huge concern, looking for more low latency.

Here's a 4x8GB kit of G.SKILL Trident X with a CAS latency of 7:

You could always buy a kit with higher latencies then up the voltage and lower them manually.
My memory has a latency of CL9 at stock but I got it down to CL7 very easily.

I guess I just want some RAM that "works" with the XMP profile without having to tweak it too much. This looks promising. I'll order a kit - if anyone else has any recommendations I'd gladly a test a few kits out.

I don't think that you're going to find any 8Gb DDR3 modules that can do lower latencies than those TridentX at lower price (unless you're lucky and get same Samsung ICs on lower priced memory, but it's not possible to rely on luck) so go for them.

Not worried about the price. I have some 2400MHz Corsiar Platinum kits that aren't cutting it due to latency.

If you were not satisfied with 2400C10 Dominator Platinums, I doubt you'll find any 8Gb sticks that are better in terms of "latency".
