m3a79-t "CPU TWEAK"... To enable or disable???

I just wondered what everyones take on this was and what it even is... It don't say in the manual what it is, it just says that you can enable it or disable it. Any advantages either way?

I have often wondered about the same thing but I think that its a feeble attempt to pacify the non-geek to say they have their Cpu overclocked. I don't think its something that geeks need to worry about.
