I'm finalizing my rig and want to know if this mobo will support the 125watt c3 step 965

I saw a review that said it did, but just want to make sure!

What about the DFI Lanparty DK 790fxb-M3H5?
Thing is I dont want to have to flash my bios as I wont have another cpu to install to run up the motherboard to be able to flash it lol
At worst when you put the chip in it will be downclocked and run slow until you can flash the BIOS. It should work regardless though. There was an issue with another member here a week or so ago if I remember right where this was discussed.

I was worried about my Phenom II x2 550 in a DFI 790FXB-M3H5 because it wasn't on the support list. It worked.

I was worried about my Phenom II x3 720 on the DFI 790FXB-M2RSH because it was a Phenom II and this was an old AM2+ board and I assumed it needed a new bios to post. But it worked.

There isn't much difference between the 965 C3 and C2. The C3 has hardware c1e and just clocks better. Fundamentally they are the same.
