did you try leaving it on for 20 minutes and seeing if your cpu cooler gets warm(remove fan for easier testing of heat)

if your cpu is still cold then your cpu is not getting power. next step if the cpu was cold then try swapping out the psu

if cpu was warm try changing gpu and seeing if that works.

and always remember to check your current connections

goodluck

hey i figured out whats causing this...

so i tookout my evo 212 and removed the cpu, cleaned off the thermal paste and applied new stuff.

reinstalled cpu and cooler.

with the case still on its side i powered up the rig... it then posted... walahh right?

ok so with it still powered up i turned the case right side up and still good... so i figured i would clean up my area and install the os.

i powered down the machine and turned it back on and it does the same thing AGAIN.

so i power down and this time when im powering up i support the graphics card at the furtherst point from the pci brackets and it posts no prob..

SO WHAT I HAVE HERE is a gpu thats too heavy Asus hd 7950 tri-slot card HEAVY like 3lbs heavy so my NEW QUESTION is this:

what can i use that is professional looking and sturdy to support my gpu?
