M5A99FX won't boot?

So this is the second board. Same issue. In bios everything registers. But I cannot get windows to boot. sig rig is being used swap in for this mobo. Everything boots fine with the asrock m3a770de.

The hdd boots fine in gf's machine too. I have a gigabyte board due in on Monday as another test subject. I have installed every driver I could download from Asus. I have flashed the bios to 1503.

Also in bios the hdd is registered. And I can go through the file system to flash the bios.

I am just at a complete lost to what to do. Any and all help will be appreciated.

1. You mean to say, you installed a new motherboard and did not reinstall OS.
2. You said you installed drivers, but then you said computer will not boot...
3. "I have installed every driver I could download from Asus."
How did you install drivers with HDD that will not boot ?
4. Reinstall Windows as was stated above....

Yeah I downloaded the drivers before I switched the motherboard. I guess I just screwed up and will start over in the morning.
