I'm looking to upgrade the rig in my sig one last time before building a new one once K8L, K9, whatever comes out with AMD. I was thinking of getting a 165 opty and this ram
I want to be able to overclock this thing to crazy speeds...Is this the best ram/cpu combo to get? I may also buy a second x1900xt for cf, i heard you can hack sli boards to run cf?

looks good but what type of power supply and case/CPU cooling are you going to have?

For a CPU cooler I'll probably grab a 9500 because it would work better than a BT in my case (probably). All the parts in my rig would stay the same except for the cpu and ram.

meh...a 9500 and a BT will perform very close to each other...I suggest getting a higher CFM fan for it...then the BT will truley shine...mine has this on it....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999127

Opps, I meant the 9500 would do better in my case due to the way the air flows in it.
