Make a Test-Bench.......?

I am thinking of getting a test bench,
sort of like this

But i realised i do have a laser cutter i can use(school), and plenty of acrylic, So is it possible to make one?

How does one get measurements for all the atx holes etc? are there any pre-drawn plans or anything?(Lazzy way)
