I'm using a male to male extender fitting aka D-plug fitting. Should I be worried about it extending with pressure? I used it a few months ago and with the air leak tester it extended under pressure(at a different location in the loop) with 0.5 bar per Aquacomputer's instructions for their leak tester. I've been running the primochill reboot for the last day and it hasn't moved at all this time around(have not air leak test this time). The PC is not running so only the pump is, not sure how much more the pressure would rise when temperature is added. I used to have my fan curves to maintain 34C coolant temp with 1x420x30mm Bykski rad, 1x280x45mm Alphacool Nexxos, and 1x280x30mm Alphacool Nexxos, no problems. Now the bykski broke a while ago and I replaced it with a 420x45mm Alphacool that is now in the front, the 45mm one is up top and the 30mm in the basement of the pc. I pressume the fans will maintain good temps given all rads are intake(the bykski used to be exhaust in the top) and the new 420mm is better brand and thicker.

I’ve used these D-plug fitting in different builds. I had them on the output of a dual ddc pump setup. The plugs did not push out or leak. I would suggest you doing an extended wet leak test with only the pump powered

Yeah that's what I've been doing almost 24hrs. No leak or movement on the Dplug thus far.

I'm not gonna risk it given that its hidden behind everything and lots of cables around. I'm going to route it up and across to the left then down-through the flow meter-then right to the rad, using PETG instead of acrylic until i get more tubing and a m-m rotary from Formuladmod. Will post pics when done.
