Ok so since i have stabbed off the urge to buy the i7 until they release the 32nm versions i have decided to sell my current mobo and cpu and buy the Q9550 and ASUS P5Q-VM or the ASUS P5Q-EM. So tell me what you think about the parts mostly the mobo and any thing you like or dislike about it

I'd go with the 2nd one.

Yeah i also am looking at the DFI mobo because it has no onboard video thus should be a better overclocker. Slams head for not getting a mid tower.

Yeah I would go with the DFI board, the P5Q series hasn't been that great of a P45 overclocking board unfortunately.
