Is there a Bus Speed that I should stay under?

nope just go as high as you can stable but dont forget to change the htt multi to 4 between 201MHZ and 250MHz 3 between 251MHZ and 333MHz and if you can get more 334MHz use a 2.5

By changing my speed on "hamme Fid Control"...whay willl that do and what is that?
