and trying really hard to hide something we didn't see yet...

Last I heard, the law protects social media organizations like Twitter from libelous things thier users say.

Unless I'm very wrong about that, this is a PR move more than anything. Threatening to sue Twitter makes Sony look like they're in control, which stops the stock price from plummeting any more.

When you actually read some of the information contained in the leaks you start to realize just how unsympathetic a hacking victim Sony is.
