Sorry, forgot to mention it many problem happens in streaming video also

what I recommend you do is completetly uninstall WMP10 and after you restart your system try to install it again.
and not to point a finger, but are you in the Now Playing Tab?

I am using the now playing tab and i am not able to unintall the program because there is no uninstaller with the software....ie no uninstaller in the program files nor in add/remove programs list. Should i uninstall sp2 and reinstall it( dont really want to do that).
Just turned down the video accel setting now it works...not sure y i mean im using a 9800 pro...not idea...i hate microsoft
