H50. because its freaking awesome, just got mine today from best buy
There is a nice thread comparing both of these exact coolers. They are pretty even.

Edit: Cant find it though. Here is a thread with the same question- http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...megahalem.html

Edit 2: Here it is, the Battle Royale:

They are both great coolers but I voted H50. Corsair is good with RMA's if something goes awry and have been known to even replace other parts should you somehow spring a leak. They are very easy to install too
i personally have the h50 and it works great and is quiet. really they are both good coolers. its really what you like more
Both are awesome coolers! Go with which ever one you prefer.

+1

So many debates about the big air vs little water; they both come out pretty even. Depends what you want - the Megahalem is great but to get best performance you'll need to crank the fans up; whereas with the H50 it runs nice and quietly but you might not be able to get that extra little push you'd get from the Megahalem.

Have a look over at the test a member over at eVGA forums ran.

both cool about the same, so it just comes down to personal preference.

whenever you open your case, do you want to see a MASSIVE heatsink, or do you want more open space?
I'd say go for the H50, as everyone else has said the performance is about the same, but I would take the H50 over the Megahalems because it is smaller, looks better, and because it's LC it gives you bragging rights

Wish I had found this earlier haha. Searched wrong apparently. Thanks a lot, by this I'm leaning toward the H-50... quieter is good. Just need to make sure mine comes with the am2+ clip.

if not i am pretty sure mine has one and i dont use it
If you fancy massive heatsinks and noise + very good cooling if you have a good airflow = Megahalem.
If you want it good and quiet but still be able to cool very well and you can brag about how you're running watercooling
= Corsair H50.
Personally I'm not sure whether to get Corsair H50 or Megahalem for x-mas..
But from the reviews I've read, it seems like high end air cooling (like a megahalem with push/pull config) will beat the H50 for sure.

man...I might have to buy the H50 ahaha. Thing is awesome
Im not a watercooling expert by any means, but...

WC kit = F-A-I-L ?

Isn't that the general consenous?

Go for the Megahalem, its drop dead sexy! (and cools really well too!)

99% of the time you would correct but this is the exception its not that thermaltake crap or those other crappy WC kits.

If I wasn't so afraid of the maintenance aspect, aka pump failing on me then I wouldn't mind having one myself. It does very well for what it is and is actually a pretty solid build as inexpensive as it is.

That's a fantastic point - with water (in this case, the H50) you have to worry about pumps failing and leaks (yes, I know it's unlikely but there's still room for error).

Also, the Megahalem is just damn sexy!

And it looks like Optimus Prime. Come on!
