If my system boots to windows with 4x512 is everything cool or should I change bios settings. Like from auto to 2T or manual mem timings.

CAS# Latency 2.5 clocks
RAS# to CAS# 3 clocks

Those memory timings are pretty good. You could try to put your CAS at 2. Your TRAS could be put at 6 too but that isn't that big a deal. 1t will probally not work, as I have never heard of a case where 1t will work with 4 sticks of RAM.

Unless your looking for the absolute best overclock you can have...I'd leave them alone. You might be able to get a little more out of the RAM, but it will come at a cost of stablity.

CPC or Command @ 2T with 4 modules. Better stability for a very small performance hit is worth it! In real world appsthe 2T will have very little effect... it shows up more in benchmarks but they aren't a true representation of the % loss in real performance.
