My computer was running perfect last night at these settings.

http://img150.imageshack.us/my.php?i...ntitledrc9.jpg

Today i went to turn my PC on and nothing booted..
So i took out the power cable for a second, then attempted to boot it up again,
And it would turn on for about 1-2 seconds, then turn off.. and continued this cycle.

I then took the power cable out again, and it booted up..
But was told "Overclock failed" < and was asked to change settings..
I lowered my FSB and i still had the same problem..
I then cleared CMOS , and booted it up again with the same problem at first.
I got it to load into windows.. but i'm currently running stock, what is the problem?

I wouldn't exactly say it's a quality PSU but even if it was it still carries with it the possibility of failing rails. ALL PSUs do.

He means the device that measures voltages and such, check you rails to see if they're putting out what they're supposed to.
