Yea, I have mine at 2.85v and no probs. Its rated voltage is 2.6v. You get more stability and better OCs, but careful with the temps, I noticed a bit of an increase when I touched it so I put a fan blowing right into it
Hmm... you want it to run with a divider? With 2.8v of vdimm you should try running it async with the CPU (400Mhz, or 1:1 for your ram). If you can't get OC you want, then try using a divider, but try loosening the timings first. You'll get a better performance with loose timings than with a divider and tight timings.
