memtest 1550MHz DDR3-3100 cas: 19-15-15-31?

I have Corsair Vengeance set @ 8,8,8,8 2T in bios but when I run memtest it shows 1550MHz DDR3-3100 cas: 19-15-15-31. Is that correct?

2600k

Which Memtest? Memtest86+? Which version? You need version 4.2 for Sandy Bridge support.
