I have a Rosewill Cullinan that has 5mm of tempered glass in the front. I was thinking of replacing it with a mesh panel. I was initially wanting a basic looking box with tinted TG on the side, but I wanted a mesh front. The Meshify was too small for my custom loop. I am curious if anyone has any guides or tricks they have done for this. I was thinking of using a heat gun to loosen the adhesive then us magnets to hold it against the front panel that the current pane is glued to. Also need to find a semi-rigid mesh front that is small enough to block dust, while letting light of for the LED fans. One reasoning for this is to give my system more room as the fans are current mounted behind the front of the case.

Thoughts?
