so im still a bit to my stomach as i just ordered a new mini not netbook

i plan to install XP or CentOS.
im thinking of pulling the ssd out and putting a 500gb in it

I dont think you realise just how small the vaio p is and just how impossible that task also is

it comes in a 60gb harddrive version aside from ssd

you can pick them up for under 800 on ebay, actually, newegg too
