I don't know where to start ...
A) Dont mix different ram kits together, and don't expect mixed kits to either overclock or run at XMP.
B) It doesn't matter what the Amazon listing said, they often get that incorrect, or you might have been sent a different kit.
C) Post the full model names and product code of both kits, simply stating the speed and timings isn't enough.
D) If possible, download and run thaiphoon burner and get an SPD read off a stick from each kit.
E) Stop buying random ram if expecting to get any overclock from it. Research into ram ICs and dies before buying more ram in the future.
