I dont see anything wrong with it, and the price is right. Considering that it is PC4000 memory, and you have an athlon 64, your CPU will probably top out before you reach the default speed of the memory, so you mineas well get it.

Then again, the latencies SUCK hardcore on it, its up to you sah.

I have no problem with it, and of course you could max CPU with lets say a PC3500 speeds, so you can tighten the timings

but again, I almost promise that his processor is the limiting factor and not the memory, its not very likely he will get that memory up to 250mhz.

Eh, Im running @ 250x9 right now with a 4:5 divider.

That memory is rated @ 250MHz. I should be able to run 1:1 without any problems than correct?

Patriot has been in the memory industry for about 15 years and new to the high end market. It is a "1T timing <<< good thing, but you will not see much past the 250Mhz with those timing specs.
If you expect more consider the favs. like OCZ or in my opinion Ballistix.
