on the mobo box it says Pc3200 and ddr400, does that mean that i cant use anything above the pc3200 Ram?

Running faster memory will give you more room to overclock from stock speeds. It will run at ddr400 until you overclock. If you faster ram at a slower speed you can also get tighter timings on it.

so do you mean that if i have ddr600 it will run at ddr400 til i OC? and is it worth it to Run faster ram at slower speeds to obtain tighter timings?
