I have a Asus a8n sli premium, the one with the heat pipe, my mobo temps are 44c but my 3700+ sandy is at 32c idle and 36c-37c full load is there anything i can do to get my mobo temps down if thats even a problem, thanks

Your temp is fine, aslong its under 55c full load.

That is pretty high, because with my A8N-SLi Premium I never see it go above 33* even at 1.6v chipset. Is your room really hot? And I looked at your case, and it's ATX with the CPU at the top of the case, so those temps really don't seem right since I've never seen mine above 33* and my room temp is usually around 70* F/ 22* C.

I just found sumting interesting. ur mobo temp is 42c??? normal cpu temps are higher than mobo temps. what temp monitoring are u using?

my room isn't too hot I've also got 2 80mm fans in the front one in back one on top one on the side with a funnel and a bay exhaust, and my psu spits out all kinda hot air, i just want to know if the mobo temp is okay and whats the limit, my cpu temps are really good for air cooling, and it's nowhere near the threshold. thanks

are you sure thats not the mosfets that your looking at- actually does it jump up when your doing intensive apps not necessarily just cpu apps

edit= didnt see your post ok yeah well im water cooling mine so it stays at 22-23c all the time but wiht air i could see it being higher

I also notice you have 1 fan on exhaust out of all the other fans in your case.

Switch that up so you have 1 intake fan and 3 exhaust fans. That should actually lower your temps quite a bit. It's great that you are pumping cold air into your case, but if it can't escape fast enough, you are doing nothing but heating up the new air coming into the case FASTER than if you were letting the hot air out.

The case can always pull more air in based on pressure differences, so letting the hot air out faster w/ more exhaust than intake will increase airflow and inevitably lower your case temps.
