These things work remarkable well. They have the green tint to it or white and a booster to make it brighter thus see farther. They mess with your depth perception though. If its cold out your breath blurs it's vision..lol

the multi-player on this game is sick!!... yet to play the campaign.. that will be tomorrow.

No definitely not high end by any means, but they do work and better than the human eye in pitch dark. To each his own as far as weather its a waste of money or not. It's more of a novelty for me really. Hey, that's what is great about money though... you can spend it how ever you want.

The game is stellar with or without the goggles! Some dumb limitations compared to MW1(no private chat in death match + others), but I actually like the graphics and game play better.
