Hi looking to replace my Dell 2312HM. In the past my monitors were Dell ultrasharp IPS models. Want to upgrade to a 2560x1440 monitor. My guess is since i us a gtx 1070 i should look for a monitor with IPS(color) and G sync. Size i guess should be 27". My usage is
1) usual web surfing/ text reading
2) HD /youtube movies and video watching
3) Starting to game a little, will start off with Friday the 13th. Im not going to be a hard core gamer but am going to start playing more often.
Thanks for any suggestions? I have a 4k tv and at this point I don't think there is a need for a 4k monitor for my pc.(unless someone give specific reason on why i should go 4k)
