Monitor wont display native 1920x1080

Alright so this is odd. I've been running my benq G2222HDL at its native res (1920x1080) for months and after booting from sleep last night, the monitor will only display 1600x1200. I can't go higher than that in my resolution settings in win7.

What i've done so far:

Check for registry errors.
Restart.
Re-install Nvidia 275.33 drivers (clean install)
And yet windows gives me no option for my native resolution
even though it detects my 8800GT.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I know of a program called Powerstrip which allows you to create a custom resolution. That isn't exactly a fix, but it may be a temporary solution.

I would also try roll back the drivers to an older one. The newer drivers don't play nice with some of these older cards.
