Will more or faster ram help your FPS? Just curious. I have 2gb 800mhz Corsair TwinXMS2 4-4-4-12 and Im thinking of getting these

I wouldn't say that more ram is necessary to get more FPS but it certainly can't hurt. If you have a 64-bit OS and can use the 4gb of memory, I say go for it. Seems like a good deal.

It could help your fps if your system is really slow with the 2 gigs and the 64 bit os you got. I had a machine with xp n 512 mb of ram then I added a gig, I got far faster loading times and it slightly helped my game fps.

It will definitely help with load times, but you probably won't notice much difference with your frame rates.

the amount of ram does affect fps. however, it affects it by 2 to 3 fps. not a noticeable difference. sorry

Basically the only noticeable difference you will see with RAM is if it's bottlenecking the system, which is usually a matter of amount rather than speed.
