Hello OCN, im looking at buying either a 7850 or 7870, but my concern is the customer service that stands out the most, and ill be willing to pay for a good CS policy. Im currently looking at MSI, Gigabyte, and Sapphire.

Now, i have read that sapphire has replaces broken video cards before, usually sending a newer model if the other ones have been discontinued. True? If i wanted to use the warrenty to buy a new card, will i be able to do that by just sending it back and saying im not happy with it anymore?

Are you kidding me? You can't just send back a perfectly fine working product and expect them to give you a newer one for free.
It's like buying a car and then after 3 years giving it back to the dealer and asking for a new one... for free..... even though it works perfectly fine...
