motherboard for this set up

i am looking for a motherboard am2 that i can overclock my
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz and will be 1 gig of ram (g skill)
to about 2.3 to 2.6 not for a gamming rig just for odd games and nornal pc things i been looking at motherboards from 60-80 dollers
i looked at this 2 which is the best or is there anyother one to look for

I'd go with that TFORCE 550.
