If the array was a bootable array, then you're going to have two primary, active partitions on your drives. While that will work, there are some rough edges to running that way. For example, combining/resizing the partitioms on the array may not be possible. Also there will be drive letter issues, as the array, if it was bootable as the C:\\ drive, will now be renamed to some other letter, and even if it wasn'r the root drive, it may be renamed and you may not be able to change it's name back to what it was. But accessing your music files won't be a problem. And sometimes running fixmbr and fixboot on the drive will make everything good.
And why are you using a three drive RAID0 (I assume) to store music files? Kind of pointless, as access times really aren't an issue with music.
