hey guys,

so i recently bought a msi 5850 twin frozr II but it seems to have an overclock limiting it to 750/1125 but i want to go higher since msi advertises on the site that you can overvolt and other stuff overclocking stuff.

i know its not the lightning or whatever but it does say on the site that one of the features of this card is overvolting and overclocking and i'm curious why msi afterburner limits the overclock to 775/1125 so if anyone know's what the problem is please leave a msg !

when older carsd were made speeds were lower so there was no point in giving you the option of such a huge overclock, you can either manually set the limit if a program permits, or get another program which allows higher values
edit:
you have instructions how to override this option in msi afterburner here
