Ok so there's a core voltage, but does that just handle stabilizing the core clock? What about the memory clock? What limits that and is there a way to overvolt the mem clock?
the voltage is use to stablize thje core when it is using higher core speed but if you dont know how to increase it righjt i would not mess around with it cause if you dont know what your doing you will fry out you gpu in the matter of minutes if not seconds.
if you plan on increasing it i would recommend doing some research on oveclocking with the voltage and make sure your not using any stock cooler when your planning on increasing the voltage on the core if its not level to the speeds on the gpu then it will kill you gpu.
use google to learn more about overclocking before even think about using the voltage mods
