Which would be better, and do you know where I can find the specs out on each? I'd assume my current sound card produces better sound. Keep in Mind I don't have my new Haswell CPU and Haswell Motherboard yet.

It's connected to a Logitech X-530 5.1 surround sound speakers. I use my speakers to watch youtube vids and play video games.

Since the X-530 only connects with the three miniplug connector (green orange black) it means that the speakers have no preamp, so the soundcard is doing the preprocessing of audio; your X-Fi will likely give you the better quality sound. Whether the quality of the speakers allows you to really tell the difference is another issue altogether.
