That's actually surprisingly cheap considering the cost of sleeving supplies and the amount of work that goes into it.<br>

I don't agree. Sleeving is not that difficult. You can have an entire PSU's worth of sleeving shipped from MDPCX for 50 bucks and sleeve an entire PSU within hours. Making your own cables isn't that hard either.

The HX sets aren't compatible with the HX650:<br>
'Compatibility<br>
HX1050/HX850/HX750/TX850M/TX750M/TX650M PSUs only.'<br>
A good idea, just not for people like me <img alt="frown.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/frown.gif"></div>

yea my 520 isn't there either. but whatever i wasn't going to spend $80 to get sleeved cables, rather just buy a new psu that come with these cables</div>

Are the HX650 and 520 modular? If not, then you have your answer <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/smile.gif">

And I JUST finished remanaging my cables and installing a new AX1200. Guess I best start clipping those zip ties...<br><br>
Only thing that might make it better would be the ability to get different colors in one pack (like red PCI ad black everything else). Still, this is awesome. Better than extensions because I don't have to deal with extra cabling. And definitely reasonably price.

I like mixed colors so this is not an option for me but great for others that only need one color.

Tools, mistakes, time. Add all these and then you see a reason why everyone does not do it.

I guess they don't sell as many HX650's as they do higher wattage models <img alt="frown.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/frown.gif"><br><br>
I'd definitely buy a set if they made them for the HX650 and I could get them somewhere in the UK <img alt="tongue.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif">

Man, Corsair, I love you. A sleeved set of cables for an entire PSU line? Sorry, but that's nothing short of awesome. I'm in for these when they become available.

Now we just need Seasonic to do the same.

Not trying to steal Corsair's thunder or anything but Bitfenix has had individually sleeved cables for awhile now.<br><br>
<a href="http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/premium-modding/alchemy-cables" target="_blank">http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/premium-modding/alchemy-cables</a><br><br>
Upgrade kit only really limits the market that Corsair can reach <img alt="thinking.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/thinking.gif"><br><br>
EDIT: Oh wait, Bitfenix's cables are extensions mostly. Not the same as Corsairs, my bad <img alt="redface.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.overclock.net/images/smilies/redface.gif">

They should have went w/ high quality sleeving. It looks cheap. Not something I'd expect from Corsair.<br><div class="quote-container" data-huddler-embed="/t/1203961/mt-corsair-silently-launches-individually-sleeved-cables/20_20#post_16259499" data-huddler-embed-placeholder="false"><span>Quote:</span>

$50? Not likely. And it definitely takes more than a few hours. I'd say closer to 12+ to do an entire PSU.

Is there any company on earth that pays more attention to its enthusiast customers and what they want better than Corsair? Its like Corsair George sits here on OCN and tells the upper management exactly what we are saying we want and then they build it!</div>

So true. I love their support as well.

Actually, looking closely at the modular interface, Corsair isn't using a different modular interface compared to the X-650/X-760/X-850 for the AX650/AX750/AX850. Theoretically you could use these cables with the X series, but since Corsair's 1000w and above units aren't Seasonic-based, you probably can't use the HX1050's cables with the Seasonic Platinum X-1000; even if you could use the AX850's cables with them (which is likely), you won't be given enough cables to use all the connectors.
