Download the Mumble .msi file and during install, choose to install Murmur alongside of Mumble.

Ok, I've been looking for around an hour... can't find ANYWHERE to download a windows version of Murmur (mumble server software). Can anyone help?
This guide (http://mumble.sourceforge.net/Murmurguide) gives a link to download the latest Windows x86 release, but there's no Windows x86 releases of Murmur anywhere? All I can find in all of the version folders is .tar.gz files, which do me no good.
