Wow, that's an incredible price. And since I know absolutely nothing of the RAM but do know Mushkin, I'd buy two sets.

DDR3 @1600MHz with 6-8-6-24...buy buy buy - I almost want to say it has to be a pricing mistake.

I know, I was thinking about buying 10 sets or so just because LOL. Sell for profit like this .

The 24 timing is all I'm concerned about. I really have no idea what it means
*goes to research on teh google*

tRAS Timing: Min RAS Active Time. The amount of time between a row being activated by precharge and deactivated. A row cannot be deactivated until tRAS has completed. The lower this is, the faster the performance, but if it is set too low, it can cause data corruption by deactivating the row too soon.

Ahh.. maybe not so good after all. But still a great price for 6GB!!!

I know nothing about the ram itself, but mushkin has a great reputation.

also, Newegg has the same set for $250. Excellent find.

Dammit, they don't accept paypal! That is odd that I can only seem to purchase the Ridgeback series on their site - cant find links to other memories. (redline, Frostbite, blackline) I see some other ones im not familiar with for sale though...

I'll be shocked if it goes thru @ that price.

That looks like some very nice RAM, but there's no way that price is correct!

Yeah, but youre not going to get 12 gigs of this ram to work at those timings/speed.

Edit: Bought a set, hope it goes through.

Man, I don't even have an Intel cpu, but that's a dam good price. I got my 996601 for ~$124 for each dual channel pair. I think I might just order 2 pair & run 'em as 2 duals for this price,

Or better still, they have 2x2 for only a couple of dollars less

To bad we can't use the MIR from NewEgg on this, lol

EDIT: Gah, gotta wait until I get home, left my wallet there,
