but your scores just seem low for crossfired with quad(even stock)

These cards are utter trash in 3dmark06. My old 9600gt oc'd scores higher than this 4850 at stock... but compare the two in games, and the 4850 wins, no contest.

I bench on a clean install of XP so it's nothing on my end.

Well I did a really weak overclock (my pump had failed on me, and I was using my old zalman cp9500 for a while, but I finally fixed it) of 3.15ghz and ran these guys in cf and I managed a score of just under 18k. So it appears that this CF setup is definately dependant on CPU speeds. Gonna take it up to 3.6 and see what I can get. Still not convinced that CF is performing how it should be though.

I am liking these cards regardless. In AOC I get pretty sexy fps. =)

Welp, ran @ 3.6 and scored just under 20k. My personal highest, and not bad considering no insane overclocks were needed. As I said earlier, I am pleased with the cards. Not super amazed, but pleased.
